WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?

Please provide 24 hours advance notice of any appointment changes. Simply call, email, or text us and we’ll make the change to your scheduled appointment. We also understand that events occur which make it difficult to keep appointments at times. If less than 24 hours notice is given, a cancellation of $10 per maid (max $40) will be charged and paid out to the maid(s).
